Mercury in lamps is recovered for reuse. The rest of the recovered material is sent for further processing and reuse. Our system helps alleviate contamination of our eco system by redirecting potentially hazardous material way from the landfill. Our process allows for safe storage, transport and volume reduction and disposal of the spent lamps for allowing for reclamation of mercury without harming the environment.

Lampswithbenefits Safe disposal programme has within it a Consumer Programme encouraging Residential customers to separate spent lamps at source. Convenient drop off locations will allow the Consumer to safely dispose of the used lamps.
Lampswithbenefits Safe disposal programme for Commercial, Industrial and Corporate clients provides a pre paid service which includes Containers for Safe storage and Transportion, delivery, pickup, tracking and certification of safe disposal for each respective site.
The Bulb Eater® system not only crushes spent fluorescent lamps of any length into 100% recyclable material, but also captures over 99.99% of the vapors released. Mounted on a 55-gallon container, the system can hold up to 1,350 pieces of 4' T8 fluorescent lamps.
A five-stage filtering process removes hazardous particulates and gases. Independent studies showed non-detectable mercury vapor levels even after crushing 1,500 lamps. A new safety control panel monitors seven machine parameters to ensure operator safety.
In addition to EPA and OSHA compliance, the Bulb Eater® frees up valuable storage space, reduces handling and labor costs, and typically lowers disposal costs by 50% or more.
